The Board resolution dated November 03, 2022, the BOD of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the signing of transaction, agreements with Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: DMC). Accordingly, the contract value is less than 35% the company’s total assets recorded in the company's latest financial statements.
