CDC: Resolution of EGM

Chuong Duong Corporation announces the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), which was convened on November 29, 2022, as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Viet Duc as member of the Board of Directors as from October 26, 2022.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Chi Tung as member of the Board of Supervisory as from October 26, 2022.

- Approving the election of Mr. Nguyen Chi Tung as member of the Board of Directors in the term 2018-2023 as from November 29, 2022.

- Approving the election of Mr. Dao Van Son as members of the Board of Supervisory in the term 2019-2024 as from November 29, 2022.
