TV2: Contributing capital to establish an associated company

   The Board resolution dated October 03, 2022, the BOD of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 approved the capital contribution to establish an associated company. Details are as follows:

-          Company name: Tra Vinh Biomass Energy Joint Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND20,000,000,000 (TV2 contributed VND2,000,000,000, equivalent to 10% charter capital of Tra Vinh Biomass Energy Joint Stock Company)

-          To appoint Mr. Ninh Quoc Hung as representative of contributed capital in Tra Vinh Biomass Energy Joint Stock Company.
