TNC: BOD resolution dated October 04, 2022

The Board resolution dated October 04, 2022, the BOD of Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the business result in first nine months of 2022:

-          Total revenue & other incomes: 118.55 billion dongs, reached 89.14% plan (133.0 billion dongs)

-          Profit before tax: 55.80 billion dongs, reached 121.3% plan (46 billion dongs)

-          Profit after tax: 50.30 billion dongs, reached 121.2% plan (41.5 billion dongs)

-          To pay budget: 3.40 billion dongs, reached 18.3% plan (18.6 billion dongs).

1. Approved the business plan in Quarter 4/2022:

-          Total revenue: 21,450.0 million dongs

-          Profit before tax: 3,200.0 million dongs

-          Profit after tax: 2,700.0 million dongs

-          To pay budget: 15,200.0 million dongs.

1. Approved the loan at Agribank – Vung Tau branch with the credit limit of VND20 billion.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Huu Tri as Chief Accountant of the Company.
