TCD: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated October 06, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the registration to increase its charter capital to VND2,444,183,040,000 due to the share issuance to covert bonds into shares.
2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND2,444,183,040,000, equivalent to 244,418,304 shares.
