SMC: Increasing charter

The Board resolution dated October 11, 2022, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the increase of the Company’s charter capital from VND731,785,870,000 to VND736,785,870,000 due to the additional share issuance.
2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital of VND736,785,870,000.
