MDG: Cancellation of bond issuance

The Board resolution dated October 27, 2022, the BOD of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company approved the cancellation of bond issuance that approved by the Board resolution dated July 22, 2022. Details are as follows:

-          Par value: VND1,000,000/bond

-          Issuance volume: 70,000,000,000 dongs

-          Interest rate: 12%/year

-          Issuance method: private placement

-          Bond term: 03 years

Reason for cancellation: Due to objective conditions, the bond issuance is not suitable for the current market situation.
