-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Expected offering volume: 74,001,604 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).

-          Number of SGT shares owned by KBC before the purchase: 15,896,923 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be bought: 15,896,923 shares

-          Number of SGT shares owned by KBC after the purchase: 31,793,846 shares

-          Total value: VND158,969,230,000

-          Time for subscription and payment: from October 20, 2022 to October 24, 2022.
