On October 27, 2022, the BOD of Hoa Sen Group issued the Board resolution regarding the additional capital contribution in Hoa Sen Phu My Company Limited (is a subsidiary of HSG). Here are the specific:

-  Charter capital before the additional contribution: VND250,000,000,000

-  Additional capital contribution: VND130,000,000,000

-  Charter capital after the additional contribution: VND380,000,000,000.
