Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company announces the completion of dept payment for the first phase to Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company according to the commitment agreement between BIDV; Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agriculture Joint Stock Company (HNG) and Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAG). Details are as follows:

-          Amount of debt paid: 600,000,000,000 dongs

-          Remaining debt: 1,520,552,711,739 dongs

-           Property received: land use right of 9,470 ha and properties on land owned by Hoang Anh Andoung Meas Company Limited.

-          Time for completing and receiving property: September 28, 2022.
