HHV: Approved the transaction with related parties

The Board resolution dated October 26, 2022, the BOD of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the processing contract between Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company and ICV Vietnam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company with the maximum contract value of VND22,000,000,000.
2. Approved the contract to buy and sell costumes and uniforms between Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company and Deo Ca Group Joint Stock Company with the maximum contract value of VND3,000,000,000.
