HHV: Approved the record date for implementing rights

The Board resolution dated October 06, 2022, the BOD of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the record date to implement rights to buy shares with details as follows:

1. Record date: October 20, 2022
2. Time for rights transference: from November 01, 2022 to November 25, 2022
3. Time for subscription and payment: from November 01, 2022 to December 01, 2022.
4. Place to receive subscription:

-          Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

-          Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.
