GAB: GAB put into warning status
On September 28, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company (stock code: GAB) in warning status as of October 05, 2022.
Reason: The stock is not traded within 06 months. This is subjected to the warning case under Point e, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Rules of Listing and Trading of Listed Securities promulgated under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Besides, GAB is under supervision status because the listed firm delayed the submission of the 2022 reviewed interim financial statements by more than 30 days compared to the specified time.
