The Board resolution dated October 05, 2022, the BOD of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved to change the content of collecting shareholders’ written opinions with details as follows:

1. Cancellation of Proposal to approve the amendment, supplement of planning for share public offering, charter capital increase of the Company.
2. The implementation of the relocation of the Company’s head office, adjustment of the business plan in 2022.
