CCL: Board resolution on property purchase and investment trust

On September 26, the Board of Directors of Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation approved the purchase of property and investment trust for Ms. Nguyen Kim Hong Dao, an affiliated person of an internal person. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved the purchase of a land plot with an area of 3,993.2 m² at VND31,015,500,000.
