On September 19, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1715/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation as follows:

-          Ex-right date: September 28,2022

-          Record date: September 29, 2022

1. Reason and purpose: to pay first cash dividend payment for 2022.
2. Content:

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: October 18, 2022.

-          Place of implementation:

+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.

+ For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at VSC’s head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card.
