VHM: Transferring share in Vincom Retail Landmark 81

  Pursuant to the decision on the transfer of shares of Vinhomes in Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company – the company owns Vincom Retail Landmark 81 shopping center to Vincom Retail. Accordingly, Vinhomes will transfer 99.84% of shares in Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company to Vincom Retail.

After the transfer completes, Vincom Retail Landmark 81 Joint Stock Company will no longer be a subsidiary of Vinhomes.
