1. Approved Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan as member of BOD cum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is entitled to enjoy retirement benefits from September 01, 2022.
2. Approved Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan continued to hold the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.
