  The Board resolution dated September 21, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of shares in Son Long Development and Investment Joint Stock Company from R&H Group., JSC. Details are as follows:

-          The ownership ratio of TCD after receiving the transfer of shares with total value (at par value) of VND650,000,000,000, equivalent to 65,000,000 shares, accounting for 40.625% charter capital of Son Long Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.

-          Transfer time: September 2022

-          Value of receiving the transfer: VND970,355,000,000.
