-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and without warrant

-          Bond term: 60 months

-          Issuance volume: 9,900 bonds

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND990,000,000,000

-          Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-          Bond form: book entry

-          Interest rate (estimated):

+ For the first four interest periods: 11%/year

+ For next interest periods: sum of 4.0%/year and the reference interest rate

-          Term of interest payment: once every 03 months.
