TCB: Board resolution on the adjustment of foreign ownership ratio

On September 05, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved the results of ESOP with the foreign ownership limit at Techcombank changed from 22.4724% to 22.4595%. The change was effective from the ending date of the issuance (August 29, 2022).
