PLP: Reminded of information disclosure

On September 20, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask Pha Le Plastics Manufacturing and Technology Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information on the securities market because the Company disclosed the Board resolution on transactions, agreements with related persons later than prescribed.
