ORS: Administrative sanction decision

Tien Phong Securities Corporation (HOSE: ORS) has received a decision dated September 16, 2022 by the State Securities Commission regarding the administrative sanction decision. Accordingly, APG was fined VND125,000,000 for violating regulations on consulting service provision and VND125,000,000 for violating regulations for customers to make margin transactions in excess of the purchasing power available on their margin trading accounts.
