MIG: Approved the dossier of registration for share public offering

The Board resolution dated August 29, 2022, the BOD of Military Insurance Corporation approved the dossier of registration for share public offering as follows:

1. Establishment and Operation license;
2. Application for share public offering;
3. Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2022 dated April 21, 2022 approving the issuance plan and use of capital plan from the offering;
4. Audited financial statements in 2020, 2021, Reviewed financial statements in six months of 2022;
5. Articles of Association;
6. The confirmation of the bank regarding the opening of blocked account;
7. Prospectus;
8. Consulting contract for the dossier of public offering;
9. The Board resolution dated August 19, 2022 approving the stock issuance in 2022.
