HSG: Record date for 2021 stock dividend payment On August 31, 2022, the Hochjminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1602/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Hoa Sen Group as follows:
- Ex-right date: September 14, 2022
- Record date: September 15, 2022
1. Reason & Purpose: to pay stock divdiend for the fiscal year 2020-2021.
2. Content:
- Exercise ratio: 100:20 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 20 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 99,676,539 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 101 shares. With 100:20 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101*20/100 = 20.2 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 20 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.2 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
