The Board resolution dated September 05, 2022, the BOD of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with details as follows:

-          Record date: September 16, 2022

-          Time of implementation: expected from September 15, 2022 to October 15, 2022

-          Location (estimated): 114 Truong Chinh, Phu Dong ward, Pleiku city, Gia Lai.

-          Content:

• Approving the plan for preferred shares issuance and amendment of the Company’s charter;
• Approving the contents on members of BOD;
• Approving the amendment and supplement of the number of shares of the non-public offering after the stock dividend payment in 2021;
• Approving the extension of the time to implement stock issuance under ESOP;
• Other issues.
