DGC: BOD resolution on the undistributed shares

The Board resolution dated September 19, 2022, the BOD of Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Issuance volume: 8,550,000 shares

-          Issue price: VND10,000/ share

-          Distributed volume: 8,532,398 shares

-          Remaining volume: 17,602 shares.

1. Approved the handle of undistributed shares in the stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Selling volume: 4,815 shares

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          These shares will be restricted 03 years from the ending of the issuance.

Payment time: from September 19, 2022 to September 21, 2022.
