The Board resolution dated August 02, 2022, the BOD of Idico Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh as Chief Accountant of the Company from August 15, 2022.
2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Manh Toai as Person in charge of Accounting Department of the Company from August 15, 2022.
