TNT: TNT contributes capital to set up V.O.I Capital

On August 05, the Board of Directors of Tai Nguyen Corporation decided to contribute capital to establish V.O.I Capital JSC.

-          New company: V.O.I Capital JSC

-          Address: Floor 1A, Star City Building, 23 Le Van Luong, Nhan Chinh ward, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi.

-          Charter capital: VND200,000,000,000.

-          Capital invested by Tai Nguyen Corporation: VND30,000,000,000 (15% of the new company’s charter capital).

-          Representative of Tai Nguyen Corporation at the new company: Mr. Luu Quang Minh, CEO of Tai Nguyen Corporation.
