Thanh Cong Securities Company (TCSC) has signed a loan agreement with Saigon 3 Capital Investment Co., Ltd., a company related to Chairman Nguyen Khanh Linh, Deputy Chairman Nguyen Quoc Viet, Deputy Chairman Nguyen Dong Hai as follows:

-          Lender: Saigon 3 Capital Investment Co., Ltd.

-          Loan value: VND50 billion

-          Interest rate: 10.5%/year

-          Loan term: 12 months (from August 01, 2022 to July 31, 2023).
