The Board resolution dated August 03, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the commitment to hold shares of BCG Land as major shareholder with 122,000,000 shares, equivalent to 26.52% of charter capital before the offering and 20% of expected charter capital after the offering for up to one year from the ending date of the share public offering.
