On August 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company (LM8) decided to invest in Lilama 18 Office Project at 9 Nguyen Van Ba, Binh Tho ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.

-          Location: 9 Nguyen Van Ba, Binh Tho ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city

-          Floors: 10 floors, 02 basements

-          Floor area: 430 m2

-          Estimated investment: VND165,865,338,315.

-          Time of project: from July 2022 to December 2025.
