KDH: BOD resolution dated August 18, 2022

    The Board resolution dated August 18, 2022, the BOD of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the plan to raise charter capital to VND800,000,000,000 for International Consulting Company Limited. After increasing capital, International Consulting Company Limited will have new charter capital to VND1,550,000,000,000 in which KDH owns 99.952% charter capital, equivalent to VND1,549,250,000,000.
2. Approved the plan for bond private placement with total value of VCND800 billion.
