HHV: Approved the transaction with related party

The Board resolution dated August 22, 2022, the BOD of Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved to sign a service contract with Deo Ca Security Joint Stock Company (is related party of Head of Supervisory Board of HHV) to provide security services for Deo Ca Traffic Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company to ensure security and safety at the office and HHV's projects and works that are currently under construction and operation management.
