The Board resolution dated August 17, 2022, the BOD of FLC Group Joint Stock Company approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Doan Huu Doan as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company from August 17, 2022.
2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Dang Tat Thang as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company from August 17, 2022.
