EVF: EVF allowed to increase its charter capital

EVN Finance Joint Stock Company received the approval in writing from the State Bank of Vietnam on the increase in charter capital. Accordingly, EVN Finance Joint Stock Company was allowed to raise its charter capital by a maximum of 266,079,300,000 dongs from the profit for dividend payment 2021 under the plan for capital increase.
