DHM: BOD resolution on collecting shareholders' opinions in writing

The Board resolution dated August 22, 2022, the BOD of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the result of business result in six months of 2022.
2. Approved the contents to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing:

-          Adjustment, supplement of the plan for stock issuance to raise its charter capital.

-          Change of the company office address

Time of implementation: expected in IV/2022.
