-          Issue date: in Quarter III, Quarter IV of 2022

-          Issue object: International Finance Corporation (IFC)

-          Currency unit: VND

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-          Offering price: 100% par value

-          Estimated issue volume: 600 bonds

-          Estimated issue value (at par value): VND600,000,000,000.

-          Bond term: 07 years from the issue date

-          Interest rate: 5.25%/year.
