The Board of Directors of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved to receive the transfer of shares of OPES Insurance Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Charter capital of OPES: 550,000,000,000 dongs

-          Buying volume: 47,850,000 shares

-          Buying price: 12,200 dongs/share

-          Total amount: 585,000,000,000

-          Ownership ratio of VPBank in OPES after receiving the transfer: 98% charter capital of OPES.
