On July 04, 2022, the BOD of Vinh Hoan Corporation approved to increase the contribution capital to Vinh Hoan Fish Hatchery Company Limited with total amount of VND50,000,000,000. Accordingly, the contributed capital of VHC in Vinh Hoan Fish Hatchery Company Limited to VND148,000,000,000, accounting for 98.66% charter capital.
