On July 11, 2022, the BOD of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approved the record date to pay stock dividend, issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity and implement rights to buy shares on August 01, 2022.

2. Approved some of contents related to the stock offering to existing shareholders:

-          Time for subscription and payment: from August 10, 2022 to September 07, 2022

-          Time for rights transference: from August 10, 2022 to August 31, 2022.

3. Approved some of contents related to the stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Payment date: from July 25, 2022 to August 10, 2022.
