On July 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued a resolution on the approval for a credit limit for FPT Software Hochiminh Co., Ltd. (the related person is Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Vietcombank, and the Chairman of FPT Corporation – the parent company of FPT Software Hochiminh Co., Ltd.).
