- Approved the implementation of the plan for share private placement in 2022:
- Stock name: Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation
- Stock type: common share
- Par value: VND 10,000/share
- Number of shares issued: 411,198,302 shares
- Number of shares expected to be offered: 41,120,000 shares
- Offering price: VND11,000/share
- Total proceeds from the offering (estimated): VND 452,320,000,000
- Number of investors: 01 (Marina 2 Joint Stock Company)
- Plan to deal unsold shares: The unsold shares (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other investors with the selling price is not less than the offering price. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
