The Board resolution dated July 06, 2022, the BOD of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved to transfer all contributed capital in Indoba Trading Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 20,000,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND200,000,000,000, accounting for 56.34% charter capital of Indoba Trading Joint Stock Company.

-          Transfer price: as agreement

-          Time of implementation: July 2022.
