ST8: Completing the transfer of shares in subsidiary

Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation announces the finish of transferring 10,692,000 shares, equivalent to 90% charter capital in Sieu Thanh Office Equipment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Sieu Thanh Office Equipment Joint Stock Company is no longer a subsidiary of ST8 from June 29, 2022.
