SJD: Change in Personnel

On June 14, 2022, Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company received the resignation letter by Mr. Mai Ngoc Hoan as Member of the Board of Directors, CEO. Accordingly, Mr. Mai Ngoc Hoan will resign the position of Member of the Board of Directors and CEO from the date of approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders or the Board of Directors.
