SCR: BOD resolution dated July 19, 2022

The Board resolution dated July 19, 2022, the BOD of Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:
1. Approved the postponement of stock offering to exisiting shareholders approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2021 dated April 25, 2022:
- Stock name: Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company
- Expected issue volume: 51,289,882 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:14
- Issue price: VND14,000/share
- Reason for postponement: due to the purpose of using capital as well as stock price fluctuations are not appropriate.
2. Approved the postponement of stock issuance under ESOP approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2021 dated April 25, 2022:
- Stock name: Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company
- Expected issue volume: 18,317,815 shares
- Issue rate: 5%
- Issue price: 11,000 dongs/share
- Reason for postponement: due to the purpose of using capital as well as stock price fluctuations are not appropriate.
3. Approved keeping the plan of issuing shares to pay dividends approved by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2021 dated April 25, 2022.
