RAL: BOD resolution of personnel change

Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company announces a BOD resolution of personnel change as follows:

-   Mr. Tran Trung Tuong, a member of the BOD is appointed to the Chairman.

-   Mr. Nguyen Doan Ket, a member of the BOD is appointed to a Deputy Chairman.

-   Mr. Hoang Trung is appointed to a position of corporate governance, secretary, shareholder relationship.
