On July 22, 2022, the BOD of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the change in personnel as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Bui Thanh Trung as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from July 28, 2022.
2. Approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hiep as Chief Accountant from August 01, 2022.
3. Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Truong Thanh Nam as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from August 15, 2022.
