LCG: Record date for 2021 stock dividend payment On July 18, 2022, the Hochjminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.1358/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Lizen Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: August 09, 2022
- Record date: August 10, 2022
- Reason & Purpose: to pay stock divdiend for 2021.
- Content:
- Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share.)
- Expected issue volume: 17,240,448 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 101 shares. With 10:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 101 * 1/10 = 10.10 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 10 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.10 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
